Plan the Pack Around the Delegate Journey

Map what happens from registration to the trip home. A lanyard and clear badge help at check-in. A pen and notebook support sessions. A tote carries the programme and sponsor material. A reusable cup or bottle may suit the venue. Each item should earn its place; delegates can spot a bag of filler from across the exhibition hall.

Registration and Identification

Confirm the badge size, orientation, access information and how it attaches before ordering lanyards or holders. Organisers, speakers, exhibitors and delegates can use colour coding where it genuinely helps. Safety breakaways and other fittings are available on selected lanyards, but venue and workplace requirements should be confirmed for the exact product.

Session Tools and Carry Items

Give Sponsors Room Without Creating Logo Soup

Multiple sponsors can share an item, but the layout needs hierarchy. Agree which marks appear, their relative size, colour treatment and approval process before production. A simple event logo on the product and a sponsor panel on packaging or printed material may read better than squeezing twelve marks onto a pen.

Confirm venue access, delivery hours and contact details too; a beautifully branded carton waiting at the wrong loading dock is not networking.
