Add notes on colours, sizes, logo placement and your deadline. A real person replies with a price, delivery included.

Check your free proof
We mock your logo up on the actual product. Free, no obligation, and we’ll redo it as many times as it takes.

Approve and we make it
Sign off the proof and confirm quantities. Production starts and we keep you posted.

Delivered or collected
Tracked delivery Australia-wide, or collect from our Joondalup office.
Timing
How long it takes
Production time is counted from when you approve your proof, not from your first enquiry. So the sooner we sort the proof, the sooner it’s on its way.
Rush jobs, depending on the product. Some locally stocked items can even dispatch in 3 days. Tell us your deadline and we’ll tell you straight what’s doable.

Your proof
Nothing prints until you’re happy
Your proof shows the logo size, placement and colours on the actual product. If something’s off, we fix it and send it again. No print-ready artwork? No dramas, send us what you’ve got and we’ll help sort it.
And if anything arrives not as you approved, the PromoMate Promise covers you: we’ll replace it, credit you or refund you.
Small runs
What about small quantities?
Most products have a minimum order because of print setup costs. Some locally printed items can be done in smaller runs, though the price per item is usually higher. Put the quantity you need in your quote request and we’ll check what’s possible.
