One of the first questions we get asked is “how long will it take?” Fair enough — if you’ve got an event, a launch, or a deadline, you need to know. Here’s how it works.
Standard Turnaround
Most orders are 2–3 weeks from artwork sign-off. That’s sign-off, not enquiry — so the clock starts once you’ve approved your visual proof and confirmed quantities.
Turnaround can vary depending on:
- Order volume — larger runs may need a few extra days in production
- Print method — screen printing and embroidery have different production timelines
- Product availability — most items are stocked locally, but some colours or sizes may need to be brought in
Locally Printed in Australia
The majority of our orders are printed and finished right here in Australia. This keeps lead times tight and gives us better quality control throughout production.

Overseas-Sourced Products
Some products — particularly custom-manufactured items or specific branded ranges — are sourced from overseas. We only work with accredited suppliers that meet Australian standards for workplace health and safety, modern slavery compliance, and ethical manufacturing.

Our overseas supplier accreditation matters for government, corporate, and not-for-profit buyers who need their supply chain to stack up against procurement policies.
Rush Orders
Need it faster? 3-day dispatch is available on locally stocked products with express printing options. Final delivery depends on courier transit times, but we provide tracking throughout.
