Custom Branded Wine Carriers

Start With the Bottle and the Journey

A standard wine bottle, champagne bottle, gourmet oil and pair of bottles do not share exactly the same dimensions or weight. Confirm what will go inside, how far it will travel and whether the carrier is packaging, a reusable gift or a cooler. If the bottles are unusually shaped, measure them and consider a sample fit before ordering.

Paper, Fabric and Insulated Carriers

• Paper wine bags: suit retail counters, events and straightforward presentation, with reinforced handles and gussets on selected styles.
• Cotton and canvas bags: create a reusable fabric carrier and can suit client gifts, cellar-door sales and hamper programmes.
• Jute carriers: bring natural texture, with single, double and selected triple-bottle constructions in the live range.
• Neoprene holders: wrap closely around standard bottles and can provide insulation plus a broad print area.
• Insulated cooler bags: use foam and lined constructions on selected products to help keep chilled bottles cool during transport.

Handles, Dividers and Load Testing

Two bottles are heavy enough to expose weak assumptions. Check handle construction, base reinforcement and whether a multi-bottle carrier has a divider to stop glass knocking together. The product's stated fit and capacity matter more than the name. If the gift includes extra items, test the complete pack rather than asking the bag to discover its limit in the car park.

Cooling and insulation claims vary. A cooler can slow temperature change but does not replace responsible storage, ice handling or food-safety practice. Condensation and meltwater also need consideration when paper labels or presentation cards are included.

Branding for Gifting and Hospitality

Screen printing suits bold logos on many cotton, canvas and jute faces. Transfer can handle more detailed colour on compatible fabrics, while full-colour print is available on selected paper, laminated and neoprene styles. Embroidery may suit selected heavier fabric carriers. Seams, handles, gussets and pockets restrict the decoration area.

Keep the mark proportionate. A restrained winery or corporate logo often lets the bottle remain the hero, while seasonal artwork can suit a broad paper or full-colour panel. See the printing processes guide for method details.

Useful Wine Carrier Briefs

• Cellar-door purchases: a single or double carrier sized for the winery's usual bottles and counter workflow.
• Client gifts: canvas, jute or insulated presentation matched to the value and travel needs of the bottle.
• Hospitality events: carriers or coolers for appropriate adult gifts, with responsible alcohol service and transport considered.
• Gourmet hampers: use selected carriers for oils or sauces when the dimensions, weight and packaging work.

Minimums, Timing and Related Packaging

Minimum quantities and production times vary by stock, colour and branding. Confirm whether bottles will be packed before delivery and where the final assembly happens. PromoMate can help from Perth with delivery planning across Australia; check the shipping and lead-time guide.
