A small, family-run business based in WA, proudly supplying custom promotional products, branded merchandise, and corporate uniforms to businesses across Australia.
PromoMate was founded with one goal: to make ordering promo gear and branded merch easier, faster, and a little more fun. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a full-time passion and we’re still just as hands-on today as we were at the start.
When you work with us, you’re dealing with real people who genuinely care. No call centres, no chatbots, just a team of passionate humans doing what they love. We do the heavy lifting: trawling catalogues, matching PMS colours, tracking industry trends, coordinating sizes, and chasing couriers, so you don’t have to. Whether you’re after fast turnaround branded merchandise, small business promotional gear, or a full range of customisable apparel and products, we’ve got you covered.
We’re proud to be based in WA, but we work with clients and trusted production partners nationwide — with delivery available Australia-wide.
