Which type of branded bag is best for an event or welcome pack?

Start with what people need to carry. Totes and drawstring bags can suit lighter handouts, while satchels, laptop bags and backpacks give documents or tech more structure. For premium gifts or ongoing staff use, focus on comfort, compartments and durability as well as the logo area.

Should a logo be printed or embroidered on a bag?

It depends on the bag, material and artwork. Screen printing suits many bold designs, digital transfer can reproduce detailed full-colour artwork, and embroidery gives selected bags a durable textured finish. We check the available branding area and recommend the method that suits the product.

How do I choose the right bag size or capacity?

List what the bag must hold, then check the product dimensions, litre capacity, opening and compartments. For laptop bags, confirm the stated device size. For events, allow room for every item in the pack without choosing something so large that it becomes awkward to carry.

Can we use different bag styles in the same branded merchandise project?

Often, yes. A project might use totes for event visitors, backpacks for staff and duffle bags for a team. Minimum quantities, stock and branding setup apply to each product, so send us the mix you have in mind and we will help keep the colours and logo treatment coordinated.
